1. Admission Fee Refund Policy (14-Day Window)

1. Eligibility: Only the official Admission Fee paid at the time of initial enrolment is eligible for a refund, provided a formal written refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of payment/admission.
2. Refund Processing: Approved admission fee refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after verifying original fee receipts.

2. Non-Refundable Fees & Charges

1. Monthly Tuition / Course Fees: Strictly non-refundable under any circumstance once classes have commenced.
2. Other Charges: Examination fees, practical registration charges, identity card fees, study materials/notes costs, and late fee fines are 100% non-refundable.
3. Post-14 Days: No refund of any kind will be entertained after 14 days from the date of enrolment.

3. Strict Non-Transferability Clause

1. Course Non-Transferable: Fees paid for a specific course or batch cannot be transferred to any other candidate or student.
2. Subject Non-Transferable: Paid fees cannot be credited or adjusted toward any other course, diploma program, or service offered by the institute.
